What the site offers

The site offers written content, downloadable resources such as printable infographics, information about Don Coleman’s consulting and speaking work, and a contact form for getting in touch.

keep messages civil and respectful;
use the contact form for genuine enquiries only, and send only legal content;
avoid defamatory, harassing or harmful material;
not include another person’s personal information without their consent;
not try to get around the site’s security measures or limits on the contact form;
not use automated tools to scrape the site or overload it;
not misrepresent who you are.

Intellectual property

All original content on the site, including articles, design and code, is owned by Donald Coleman unless a page says otherwise.

You may share links to the content and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution.

You may not reproduce full articles without permission, use the content commercially without permission, or remove or change copyright notices.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee that the site will always be available, that the content is accurate or complete, or that the site will be free of errors. The content is for general information and education. It is not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donald Coleman is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data or profits, for reliance on anything published on the site, or for interruptions or errors in the service. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services, such as Cloudflare for hosting, visitor statistics and spam protection. They have their own terms, and Donald Coleman is not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
